bumper reinforcement bar

Does anybody know how to take the reinforcement bar of a 95 accord?

Front bumper?

Unbolt the whole bumper and then it's just a couple clips that hold the bumper cover to the reinforcement bar

i am trying to take the big bar piece off that is behind the bumper because i got in a accident a while ago and i'm starting to fix the car.
