I know you'll need a compressor braket off of a delsol and everything else off of a civic should work...

CXes came with factory optional a/c or dealer optional a/c IIRC. It was not standard though. I know on some cars factory and dealer can be slightly different, but the general parts will be the same.

dude if ur car didnt come factory with a/c it gonna be way to hard 2 install a a/c unit but if it did u should have some of the stuff left on ther like the 2 lines that come out of the fire wall and some of the wiring maybe tucked away u will need lines, compressor with bracket, condinsor, canstor

thanks finally getting a little response! i don't even know where to begin with this so i've just held up awaiting an answer on here and quite honestly i'm debating starting on it thinking i'll just make a mess of it all and quiit after i get pissed and confused haha

but it's like this....under the hood of my car there is a r134a sticker of some sort right above the headlight i believe, so this tells me this cx model DID come with factory a/c so thats one good thing! does all the a/c system need to come off the 94-95 eg?? i'm wondering as long as it was 92-2000 it would possibly be the same...?? i have no idea &i'm stumped looking for info on it....i guess i'm not tough enough to master the no a/c hondas anymore, but if you really sit and think about yer daily driver..........why go without...

A big giveaway would be if you had A/C controls on your dashboard....

If you don't already have most of the system in your car, you're looking at a big project.

My Type R swapped EK doesnt have AC. My biggest complaing is that when it rains, I can't use the defroster. That really sucks.

But I actually installed most of my AC stuff back in today, so whenever I get paid I will have it all back in and good to go.

I should have most of what you need as far as your lines. on the accumalator you'll need a new one... and like i said you'll need the compressor bracket off a delsol..
