then tell them it's grounded wrong, you don't need the valve cover to be grounded and if you do run a loop or a second ground to it.
You need a good ground for the spark to fire, right now you grounding the valve cover which does not contact the motor at all since its sitting on gasket and rubber seals.
This is how it's supposed to be:

Do you have another set of rims? Or did you just decide to lower on steelies?
