your ground wire is on the wrong place, it should be grounding the head not the valve cover. move it to the valve cover bolt

its grounded right, im seeing at other integras and it look the same

then tell them it's grounded wrong, you don't need the valve cover to be grounded and if you do run a loop or a second ground to it.

You need a good ground for the spark to fire, right now you grounding the valve cover which does not contact the motor at all since its sitting on gasket and rubber seals.

This is how it's supposed to be:
