B16 crank HELP!!!!!!!
Whats up folks haven't been on in a while getting my stuff together. But i have come back with a question>>>
I am putting a friends motor together from ground up. He had stuff done to it from a machine shop (head and block).........the crank is already in with the main caps bolted (i will recheck torque specs before i finish).
I went to put everything together the other day and noticed that the crank pulley he has is a type from honda. This one one has room for the one belt. Now am I missing something or what b/c when i put the crank pulley on it has a ton of play (as if i could put another one on. Do i need a spacer or something or am I just missing a step al together?????
please help..........

Start doing alot of research about Honda engines and how they are assembled. If you dont know where items go then it is not safe to rebuild a motor. Do your research.
