I didn't see the mileage on there, but I just got mine last week with 84,000 miles on it. Check for rust. I have seen a few rust place mentioned, mostly on the doors (look at them from the bottom) and in the fender wells. Mine has some rust and it has been in North Texas it's whole life. Look for water in the headlights, there is a recall on that. If the update hasn't been done, you can get the Acura dealer to fix it for free, but don't let on that you know that. Take it on the highway and brake, most TSXs will have warped rotors for some reason, you may be able to talk them down a little because of this. When you turn on the key, make sure all of the warning lights (SRS, Check Engine Light, the stability control light, ect.) come on and go off after the car is started, if one doesn't come on, it might be disconnected for some reason. Another thing to look at would be the VIN, run a Carfax report on it and make sure there is no total loss, theft, or flood damage, which would cause you problems later. If you are looking at more than one car, get the unlimited reports for about $5 more. This is all I can think of for now, I hope it is helpful.

Whats the KBB value? Im from NJ and I would never buy a car that was DD'd in the city.. suspension always feels like crap, things are loose and rattle on the front end- but if the car feels good then why not?
Let me know what the kbb says and I will let you know what I think. Off the bat I would say $2k less then what it says b/c of the dent on the frt bumper.

I would try to pay no more than 12k for that car but i doubt the dealer would negotiate that low (worth a try though).
Mileage is relatively high but not that bad. Those use timing chains so at least a timing belt service wouldn't hit you pockets after the purchase.
I test drove a 2004 with 143k miles - Yes 143k and it drove like a charm.
A true Highway Mile car - Cause you just can rack up that much on an 04 around the city.
