Default Car will not start lacking spark

Replaced the coil, ignitor and rotor. Engine cranks but no sign of combustion. I hooked timing light and when cranking engine there was no sign of ignition. 1991 CRXSi close to 200k miles. I checked the timing belt and is good. I checked fuses under the hood all good. Advise will be appreciated.

well i figure if he said he replace all the parts... figure he might got new dizzy as well? though his crank mines doesn't...so guess maybe he doesn't need relay and just dizzy if he haven't replace that....but I do will take care of it tomorrow...too lazy today

Though now if that's the cause for me too I should've opt for a new dizzy instead of just the module but freak $180+ for new dizzy damn and I spent $150 on starter shiet! But oh well gotta get her running and after it I'll see if i wnat to swap her again this time B series like planned gsr? but didn't happen first time
