CTR vtec cross over?
Are you runnning the CTR ECU? Or something of your own? If you got the ECU with the set up, someone may have neglected to tell you that it's chipped. To check it, just open up the ECU and look for something basically out of the ordinary. There is usually a chip that sits higher than the other roms on the board. If you still can't tell by opening the top cover, unbolt the bottom cover and see if you notice any DIFFERENT soldering jobs...if it's been chipped, you will notice the solder...
Also I dont know the crossover of the CTR motor, so maybe you got some wrong info about the x-over being at 5500, and maybe it is 6100, i know the CTR makes it's power up top, and is a high reving motor...so maybe it's vtec is a little higher? Iono...
