I thought I'd bring you guys a photo exclusive, I know there are better pics on the web, but these are pics from my camera phone of the max FOB!!

Went out on the PDI test drive and let's say being a honda guy...........I was impressed. Nissan needs to get rid of the dead weight feel of their cars though. Although they handle and accelerate well, to me you still feel that there is plenty of room for weight reduction.

It looks nice except the headlights are not working for me.

its a little too expensive for wanna be ballers. im pretty sure the new pontiac g6 is the new baller budget car.

i love the new maxima except those headlights are aweful.

Nope; budget baller = base chrysler 300 or charger with big chrome rims

It boggles my mind how much you hate Maximas. It's just a car, get over it...lol. There are much worse vehicles out there.

But anyways, I like the 6th gens looks more than the 7th.

X3. I just gald Nissan just didn't kill it. With the Altima 3.5SE and G35, I don't know what the purpose of the Maxima is anymore. Better car? Yes. 4DSC? No.

Nothing (in Nissan's fleet) is more 4DSC than than G35.

He didn't say anything about hating Maximas, what are you talking about? He's prob right too, what's the sticker on those?

EDIT: $29k for the base, that's a little steep for the budget ballers. The car can't cost THAT much more then their wheels.

That's my point. If you want a manual 6 spd, get the Altima SE.

For $30K, you would think Nissan would use a DSG if it wants an automatic. So much for the 4 Door Sports Car. CVT is Nissan's future because Carlos wants to save money. He is a corporate business man. He turned Nissan around by being a good business boss.

I agree with the majority of you all the headlights are nasty!


But the car rides very good, it has great handling for such a big sedan, the power band from 0-70 (test drive max spd) seems limitless, and readily available

I never said i didnt like this maxima. I actually really do like it, i like it a lot, for 34k pretty much loaded, and it looks like an infiniti/s class benz in the rear. What i dont like is the generation maxima you have, I am on the record stating that yes.

So to summarize

This maxima = FTW
Vogizzle generation maxima = FTL

+1 at first glance i was like ewww.... then i just stared at it and see potential for a agressive look.

 

Any base model American full size (plumper?) sedan/ coupe is the faux baller car.
