The guy said "oh we don't have that part# in stock but we do have the "honeywell" which the part# is 15400-PLM-A02.
is the 15400-PLM-A02 part# is good oil filter?

honeywell is a manufacturing company. they make HVAC controls such as thermostats, etc. maybe its a honeywell brand oil filter. i dont know if they make them or not
do a search for fram and you'll find out there are tons of issues w/ fram filters...
not only is the filter material crap, the valves and gasket materials inside fram filters are also garbage...

This is the inside of a Honeywell/Fram brand Honda oil filter. Note the poor quality of the anti-drainback valve, the cardboard end caps, and the plastic bypass valve. The filter has plenty of pleats, but it's not enough to compensate.
EDIT: the difference between A01 and A02. The one above is an A02.

If I were you, I would do some research. Basically, SOME Honda oil filters are made from junky components, and some are not. Some are actually made with higher quality components. Your best bet(more than anything) is just to grab a Mobil1 filter
