ok... so i looked around and i wasnt quite sure where to post this thread. but it just didnt make sense to post this in the cosmetic or anything. so i decided to post it here. there reason for this is because it is specifically for 88-91 peoples. so dont get all mad and tell me i posted in the wrong place. lol. now.. onto my dilemma.

im selling my flat black rota slips. i wanted to buy the gold DR20's. but i never see any red EF's rockin gold wheels. (and yes, i searched the EF photo thread). lol. so does anyone know if i should buy the gold DR20's for my red CRX Si??? if not... can i have some suggestions? the DR20's also come in bronze, gunmetal, and black machined, gold, and gold machined. if u need an idea of what wheels im talkin bout... google it. it comes right up.

I dont know that i would do that with a red car. Besides, gold wheels are for lowriders and subarus if you ask me..

With a red car, i would go with white, then silver, then black in that order, or the ever popular combination of black with a silver lip, which I actually kinda hate. It doesn't look bad so much as it looks gaudy an out of place on a crx, if you think about it too hard.

Dude that worked at a shop in my area has gold Advan RGII's on a red CRX and it looks killer!

 

what about the DR20's in bronze??? would that look better???

 

I'd get the machined face with the gold insides...oh wait, i did for my black Ef hatch.

But it would look great on a red rex also!!
