Sounds like the t-belt broke???
Try slapping on a new belt first and see if anything is damaged...

okay yeah i guess i should have been more clear... i put a new belt on, cylinders 2 3 and 4 read 230 and cylinder 1 wont hold compression... so im looking for a head, possibly a long block depending on what everything looks like after the head is off... just seeing whats out there before i just rebuild the head.
