When I drive my car it is like powerless and on the freeway the check engine light comes on but doesnt stay on when i restart the car. It kills out on the freeway but will start back up. My car sputters out but doesnt die. Its a 95 GSr could it be the cat its alreay going out??? and its horriable on gas thanks

i have tried to get someone to run it but they say they cant becuase its a 95. what should i do then???

Go to your local parts store and ask for them to scan the codes. Most will do this for free.
