Hey guys, I just got my first car.

99 Honda Civic EX









- 15" Wheels
- Tinted Windows
- Eibach Suspension
- AEM Short Ram Intake
- Muffler Tip

 

It's nice! I'd get rid of those tail lights asap though.

 

Thanks! What do you sugges I do for tail lights? I'm gonna get rid of those wheels and rap it in 17" Enkei Low Pros.

 

evrythin is good but the tails, OEM FTW

 

 

What do you guys think about these? Pretty much the same thing, but black.

Do whatever you like, but most people here are going to suggest you get OEM tail lights, aka the one's that came on your car from the factory.

 

Engine bay is clean clean clean ... great pick-up

 

Is the rear lip OEM? If so you got a pretty rare piece.

Skip the faze that most of us went through and go with OEM tails. Designs like these are just fads (were) and are bought by those who want to "fit in" to the cheesy image of "Honda Tuning".

Not feelin the wheels or tails, go for OEM tails. And take off that AEM sticker. But it's a nice first car, hope you have fun with it

Oh, and please don't get 17's, they ride like shet. 16's IMO are pushin it already

 

i say lose the lights, rims and that tip!! and get some 16inch rims

^truth. your only going to like those tails for so long. just go with OEM (original honda).

^also truth. 17's are only okay if you have just the right suspension set up. but then again. 16's only look good with a suspension set up. so its up to you.

yeah some OEM tail lighs would look best.
Car seems to be in good shape. 17s will be fine like everyone said if you have the right suspension.

Seriously though, most people on with their first car probably can't afford regamasters, mugen mf10s, and whatever other ridiculous choices you suggested.

Then a year later when the kid comes back to show what he built from that list, everyone will just tell him it looks like everyother honda


If you like what some here call "rice", do it. Try to find a subtle, tasteful looking bumper. Just have fun with it. DOnt do it to please honda-tech

get rid of those nasty tail lights but besides that the car is pretty nice
