BB6 Seats into an EJ?

Does anybody know if the mounting locations and rails are the same? A simple bolt on?

i assume your talking about the front seats? if so then the civic has 3 mounts on a slant and one flat and i believe the prelude all 4 of the mounts are on a slant.
