I would rebuild the Y21 you have. Basic rebuild would be cheaper in the long run. Even if you find a good tranny theres no guarantee the replacement isnt going to have a grind or high rpm pop out. Save, rebuild. The only thing you may want to consider is a diff. If you have that then change the final drive down. Adding either of these now is just plain cheaper to add now. Then your all wrapped up and ready for another 100K.

IMO

100k?is that how long they last?,my motor has like 60k and the tranny is goin bad already? .its weird it grinds sometimes, for example if i power shift everything goes perfect no grinds or high rpm gear pop out.but if i drive normal it grinds also if i shift slow it goes in perfect, sometimes i think that maybe is my cluth that need to be adjusted or i suck at shifting to third gear.

Bleed the slave, and keep bleeding it out until you see new fluid coming out. then drive its a easy adjustment that is often over looked. No matter what you decide to do you will more then likely be replacing the clutch anyways.
