Fog Light Issue

My passenger fog light is a little dimmer than the driver side. Any solutions to fixing this?

did one lense get moisture inside or dirty or anything if you bought an ebay knockoff theres a good chance they arent sealed properly.

naw their new, i got them from password JDM. No moisture got inside that i know of, Could i be something with the wiring?
