I believe its a simple change of high beam bulbs. Most bulb manufacturers make yellow high beam bulbs. Luminics I know have some. PIAA, and other name brand

I guess you would need to rewire to make your high beams on with your low beams as well. This is kinda illegal in most states, so you might want to just put a toggle switch for the high beams, so that it still works like normal most times.
