HELP!!! Car die after valve lash adjusment
Yesterday,I adjusted my valve lash according to Intake: 0.18 - 0.22 mm (0.007 - 0.009 in) and Exhaust: 0.23 - 0.27 mm (0.009 - 0.011 in). After I'm finished I took it for a drive and it die on me at the second intersection. I was able to start it and drove it back home.
When I got home I check the car and it turn out to be that the timing was off so I adjusted that aslo. It then ran fine until after this morning. I started the car and after warm up, i decided to rev it up to 2K rmp and then the rmp went all the way down. Thus the car die. I started the car again and the engine light came on. I rev it back up and the same thing happen. I repeat it another time and have the same occurance.
What could be wrong? Do I need to retorque the crackshaft? I read somewhere that I have to after a valve lash adjusment.
