before i started my turbo build i had koni yellows on my ek, now that the car is almost done i was just wondering how a koni/gc suspension setup will do for drag racing. the car will mostly be a track car with occasional weekend driving. i know there adjustable but will getting stiff spring rates and adjusting the rear be enough to give me some decent 60ft times? or should i just invest in some omnis or something like that. thanks in advance
id keep what u have... i had omni sport's on my old dc and the ride was HORRIBLE way to stiff... if u are going to go the full coilover route just get some adjustable ones and make sure the rear has stiffer spring rates then the front
oh and some poly lca bushings and trailing arm bushings will help your cause and stiffen that rear end under a launch .... i know this first hand!
