Does anyone know if Mugen produced certicates of origination for there products. I just purchased a Mugen Bumper and am wondering how to go about finding if its the real thing or a fake.

Which bumper for which car?


There should be a Mugen logo and skew # printed on the underside of the cover.

 

It's for a generation 4 prelude. I haven't received it yet, I will update on Monday. That's when I should expect to get it in.

 

Got any pics of it?
Or, post pics of all sides when you get it. It will be easy to tell.

 

most of the bumpers will have the Mugen stamp inside the bumper cover overlayed with fiberglass/resin.

detailed pics will help out when u receive it.

 

 

looks pretty damn real to me. If its fake, id still rock it!

 

it looks real sort of looks like the inside has been primered maybe usually thats where u would find the serial number stuff. just curious did u just get that off ebay.

looks legit from the pics, but like someone stated above.....it had to have been primered at some point in time.

nice find btw. just get those single piece headlight covers and youll have yourself one fly *** bb4. I want to see end results.

 

its real.... NO other company ive ever seen make that year prelude mugen bumper

and no other company would ever make those brackets for the bumper lense either
