Just curious if anyone would be interested in this

Its a 95 Accord EX fully loaded.
Power windows
Power drivers seat
Power windows
Power sunroof
Power doorlocks
Leather seats all around within a tan interior (7/10 in condition)

Tires are almost new
Just past inspection
Stock unmodified.

Outside condition is in 'OK' condition. Paint is just 'dirty' (a nice wax would bring it back) and has a few scratches / dings (key holes/around the body). Also, the hood has two silver dollar sized dents from two SUVs backing into it within 2 days of each other

I have EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT from previous owner who has owned the car since 20,000 miles (even have the RED titled from when it was financed from first purchase). (currently at 162k).

Problems:
-Needs brakes all around
-Wheels/tires could do with some balancing (slight vibration up to highway speeds. Once flowing you never really notice it but at lower speeds, you can hear/feel it)
-Drivers' side seat has infamous tear on bolster
-Driver side fender is missing small moulding
-Door actuator is on its way out

I think thats it
