well i changed my oil in my em1 the other day after 3,500 miles, and i got 1 quart back. so which one is bad, my valve seals or my piston rings? and when i hit vtec on the highway, i smoke. my friend just told me that i have a noticable amount of smoke. so which one is it, bad valve seals or piston rings? just wondering so i know which one to do , replace rings, or just do the head job.
