Can this be repaired?
In short nothing but a new cylinder head will fix it. You really can not fix machined aluminum. Like said above you could ghetto fix it with JB weld and spray paint if you have the pieces.

it looks like jus cooling fins no big deal jb weld them back on (dont do a **** poor job and glob the $hit all over the place) if ya got them or you can just leave it like that sand the edges to make it look less conspicuios and paint it. The heads proly fine as long as thers no oil leaking and no vacume leaks. Don't sweat it.

that's a tip over for sure. your really not going to miss them in the cooling dept, but if you want it cleaned up for aesthetic reasons you'll need to have new material welded on then grind it back... other wise just find a new head
