Im in the process of swapping a gsr into an eg but ive come to a slight problem..... the eg is hydro and the tranny hes wanting to put in is cable.... he ordered the conversion kit or whatever these brackets are.... but it has no instructions on how to install it...... if you know about this or know where to find the instruction please let me know....thanks

i wish he would just buy a hydro trans....

 

find the company that manufactured the hyrdo to cable conversion.. they will tell you or call them and ask.

 

that should actually be pretty straightforward. ....the cable pulls a lever upwards (toward the top of engine).....you will still use the slave cylinder for actuation of the clutch which just pushes toward the passenger side of car....the hydro operation of a cable tranny has been around longer than the opposite.
