1998 ACcord. Check engine light on OBD port has no commucation
Any other way i can find out what the problem is? Or how I can get the port to work again?
the problem on the car is the idle is all jumpy.

Get a test light and see if you have power to the DLC Port. IF not, you need to check all your fuses usually is the case. If you have power with no communication might need a new PCM but before going that far into it, Try another scan tool just to see if the one you are using is having problems with your application.
