im currently running a test pipe and im sick to hell with the noxious fumes from my tailpipe. but heres the catch: i burn oil and smoke through my tailpipe at high rpm's and when i rev match / downshift.

My friend tells me thats having a cat/high flow when you have an engine that burns oil will destroy the cat. i really want to get rid of my test pipe for peace of mind reasons (not getting cited by police for not having a cat) which i hear is a 10K fine in cali. what do i do? can i run a high flow without it going to sh*t even if i burn oil? thanks in advance.
