Do you still have to clean these and get these replaced just like you would your normal air filter, which would be a lot harder to do now since the filter is under my bumper right? Or are they durable and long lasting?

 

You wash them with water and a cleaning solution. Then spray oil on them. You don't need to buy a new one each time you clean them.
