need help choosing ecu
i have a stock b16a2 in a 98 civic dx body using a 97 ex wiring harness with a p28
i wanted to know if i should chip the p28 or get the obd2a to obd2b jumper harness and run the stock si ecu the p2t and can i pass emissions with the p28
