yup just do what i did... take off the camber kit and assuming you can see the marks on the control arm from where the camber was set to just set ur ball joint there, and loc-tite ur bolts, let it dry, re-install, and BLAMMMMMMMM ur done.... i had this happen to me too, only 3 of the bolts fell out and the 4th one was barely hangin in there... after i replaced the bolts and did loc-tite had NO issues whatsoever...!!

OKAY I SEE HOW THAT WOULD WORK BUT SEE THE BOLTS ARE TIGHT AS CAN BE, THERE NOT LOOSE OR BECOME LOOSE. IT JUST KEEPS SLIDING.

Hmmm, well i used 2 washers under each bolt before they touched the control arm itself... Could you send some pictures of your current setup?

you need to use star washers, loc tite, and torque to 10 foot lbs. i had this problem 9 years ago, and fixed it using the above. good luck.

star washers i'd say are optional.. and assuming he has a torque wrench... i used a simple 1/8" plate washer, loc-tite, an just tighted the **** out of them with my allen key... over 2 years, had no problems...
