Ok so i am going to be routing my dump tube out the side of my bumper and i was winder a couple things. What size wall thickness is preferred, the size is 38mm which is 1.5 inches, ID i believe. This will be done in stainless. Thanks for the help

 

1-5/8" od tube with a .065" wall thickness should be perfect for what you're doing there.

 

1 5/8th OD would give me 1.56 so this would be ok for my application?

lol come on how much easier of an answer can you ask for.

 

1.5 ID will work fine, and use regular mandrel bend tubing

1-5/8" minus (.065" x two) equals 1.5, not 1.56
