Default Is a 2002or a 2003 Acura RSX automatic really worth between $10,000 and $11,000.

I thinking of getting one in about three months. I want a 2002 or 2003. Miles are usally around 60,000 - 90,000. So, I'm saving up for a down payment. I can't drive clutch due to my injury. MY wife says that it is too old and not worth it. I don't want anything else but, a honda or acura. I know how to work on these cars Hondas and 4 cylinder are in my veins.

"My life is falling to pieces. Somebody put me together!"

Wow, is that what they go for on Edmund's with 60-90k miles?

Plus No stick means no type S so I'm gonna have to say no...not worth it imo.

I predict a landslide victory in this poll.

On 10/30/2007 a employee fell on me during training and broke the left foot. He broke the tibia and fibula. I had surgery on the same day. Then I had corrective surgery on 3/25/2008 on the same foot. I am now just starting to put weight on my foot. By next week I should be using a cane.

it's worth it if that is what you are willing to pay.......you can get a 01-03 TL or TL type S for that and IMHO you will be a lot happier with a slightly larger car and butter smooth V6 power.......

you know, driving a stick would probably speed up your recovery... as opposed to just leaving your leg hanging and doing nothing

I could but, My wife won't have it. She does NOT want me to be driving a clutch for the next 18 months. She is very adamant on her decision. That's why I also have to sell my 95 Del Sol dohc vtec . So, I can get the down payment on a automatic car for me.

Hondas and Acuras tend to hold their value over time. I'm not sure what the lifetime service costs are for RSXs but it might be worth it to do some more research.

i haven't seen the Type S go for anything under $14K here... or i would have had one!

-theres a stock-white one at work- they bought "the 30th sold in the us"
(i was told- "with papers to prove it" ? whatever that means!)

i looked at it- it has 170,000 miles - some dings and a few scratches...
figured i could get a good deal on it... i offered them $5K cash!

LOL... they still owe $5K on it! *they were offered 12K for trade in value-
if the dealers are going to pay that, its about right!*
...but they want $16K
they said "Oh, it's worth it!"

...i laughed! then said- "all i got is $5K- i could get my dad to front me another grand or 2- but not more."

they looked pissed and said- "Sorry, no way!"
so whatever!
overpriced- yeah, they are overpriced!

are they going for that much? - yeah
are they worth it? - "Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder" for some YES! -but to me, no!

so i'm 50-50 ...depending on how the question is looked at!
is my EP3 worth $12K ...not to some- but to the bank, Yes!
(...to me any 1 owner EP3 is worth 20K! AT LEAST!)
