Default Where to find needed valve train parts

Hey Im new to the site but have liked what I have seen so far. I am hoping there is an answer out there.
I just bought a 91 Civic and am rebuilding the motor. Not doing anything fancy with it..just trying to get a good mpg rig going (shooting for 45/50). Port and polished the head and adding new rings among a few other things. My question is.....I am in need of some new valve spring seats...to meet the OEM springs. Anyone know what direction to point me in or am I stuck with getting it from the Dealer? Its a 1.5 ltr with the 5.5 mm valves. Thanks in advance, keep on tuning.

yea...its a D motor drats anyhow.....and well one of them got lost but their are a few others that could use replacement. And everything I have looked at...none have any for my engine. I was just thinking about upgrading everything and getting new springs, retainers, and what not....but not sure what is a good route to go. Again Im not trying to do anything impressive with it but Im not against an upgrade. Just seems no one really makes much for this engine. Any help would be great!! And thanks for your consideration Head...its much appreciated.

no problem..i am not sure, we have never done a 1.5..but can't imagine the head is much different then the 1.6 so parts should interchange as long as you stay in the D engine family. When your shopping for a spring package, most use the factory locator except Ferrea on the D. You might wanna check the Supertech package, some of there packages comes with it and some don't.

You would be a life saver, I only need 1. just a single freaking one lol thats all thats holding up my project. Although Im not able to private message you just yet because the fact that I am only on trial as of now. I have looked nearly everywhere for these and even called a few companies. Wasnt too thrilled with Ferrea's customer service....they were kinda rude to me. But anyhow um yea just let me know. Again much appreciated
