Default fuel system pressure release?

is there a pressure release valve or anythng for the fuel system? I have a B16 swaped into a 91 dx .. I am pulling the motor and I forgot to release the pressure when everything was hooked up..

also.. does the steering rack simply slide off of the steering linkage? or is there a pin or something holding it on? (I know ths doesnt have to do with pulling the motor)

I searched on both topics but I couldnt find anything..

thanks guys.
