Default 96 acura integra Integra Clutch Problem

I got a 96 acura integra from my brother and the clutch activates and works fine. The problem is that the clutch pedal doesn't come up. After I take my foot off the clutch it can still be pulled about a 1/2 inch higher. The clutch was changed in the car and I already bled the clutch. (I didn't do the work) so I bled it again after I got the car. I noticed it has a bolt with a nut on the back of the pedal and it was finger loose. I can spin it up or down easily. Should this be tight? I mean the car runs great I was just wondering how to fix this. Could it be the slave cylinder going bad? I don't see any fluid inside the car under pedal or further up.

Thanks

Josh

The clutch pedal is adjustable. Does it catch right off of the floor?

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm guessing that bolt is for adjusting it. I'll try that. The clutch does grab fine though. Like any other car I've driven.

It could be the switch for the clutch pedal switch (part 18).
