removal of steering wheel question?98 hatch- all bolts removed but will not come out????

Default removal of steering wheel question?98 hatch- all bolts removed but will not come out????

I have a 98 cx with a type r steering wheel with no airbags that i am tryin to replace with a momo wheel and hub- i got the 19mm bolt out and i cant get the steering wheel out! do i just need to pull it extra hard or is there a tool that pulls it out, off of the teeth?? i dunnoe? very lost and confused thanks for any help !

Yeah bro just pull hella hard and it should come off, just make sure all connectors and screws are removed first...

and becareful not to smack yourself in the face because if it's like that you'll have to pull REALLY hard..

and dont try to pry it with anything cuz the behind pieces are all plastic and will more than likely break if you rely on them for force... give that sucker a big ole' HEEEEAAAAVEEEEE - HOOOOOOOOOOOO..!!!!

Dont listen to these knuckle heads. Go rent a [freak]ing steering wheel puller and make your life easy.

x2... autozone rents them out, not sure if you have to have to pay or not but the always return your money when you return the item anyway.
