I thought the same thing

 

PDA is around $270-295 for one day at Thunderbolt. its $495-545 for two days.

I might try to do a one day event at a couple different tracks, dunno if I can afford two days back to back for one track weekend. I am definitely doing Monticello if they announce dates for it.

 

Wow... until you have figured what gas, food, a room and the actual track fees are you are looking at some serious coin. As much as i would love to track the R again this summer, i just don't know if i see it happening.

Ugh... plus 2 hours to get the car in the opposite direction prior to going further West or North sucks. Damnit i wish i had a garage.

Lime Rock Park is being repaved, and reconfigured for multiple courses (the original plus a slower course). I'd love to try them both.
