What's the lightest tint a shop can do. Can less then 35% be done. Thanks

 

Yes, less than 35% can be done...I have 20% on mine. I think they even have 15.

 

depends on the shop and if you want to be "legal" some will do 0%, some won't do anything illegal-for some reason around here it's "cool" to tint your windshield, which is completely illegal, but oh well.

 

Yes they can do lighter, I had mine done yesterday and they put 20 on mine and put the sticker on it to make it appear legal. He wouldn't do anything less then 20

 

I think I worded it wrong. I had my 3 back windows done 15%. The front 2 the guy wanted to do 35%. But in NY you have to have 70% to be legal. I wanted to do like 50% on the front windows(not the winshield). What do you mean (put a sticker) to make it appear legal?
