BRACKET, PEDAL 46590-SR3-L31
BRACKET, CLUTCH PEDAL 46990-SR3-A00
PEDAL ASSY., BRAKE 46500-SR3-L10

97 civic ex 4 door
BRACKET, PEDAL 46590-S01-A30
BRACKET, CLUTCH PEDAL 46990-SR3-A00
PEDAL ASSY., BRAKE 46500-S04-A10

94 civic ex 4 door abs
BRACKET, PEDAL 46590-SR3-L31
BRACKET, CLUTCH PEDAL 46990-SR3-A00
PEDAL ASSY., BRAKE 46500-SR3-L10

so as you can see the clutch is the same on all cars so my new question has some one tried cutting the brake pedal on a auto the use it with a clutch or is the geometry different

The brake pedal for a manual is quite a bit different, it has a pretty serious bend to the right, the automatic pedal goes straight down, if you saw the 2 of them together it would make a lot more sense. I assume your swapping out an auto for a 5 speed, hope that goes well, its really not that hard of a swap, the biggest things are just removing/installing the pedals and the passenger's side pocket mount, one last thing, the throttle cables between the automatic and manual are different, either swap the entire pedal set and the cable or keep your old gas pedal and cable
