I have model HE76 NGK spark plug wires. On their website, it says it fits only these models

1993-1995 Honda Civic del Sol
1993-1995: 4Cyl 1.5L S 1993-1995: 4Cyl 1.6L Si
1994-1995: 4Cyl 1.6L VTEC

My friend used it on his b16a2 and starts and idle properly. Do you think it's fine to put it on a b18c as well?

 

if they worked good on his b16, you should not have problems if you put them on your b18
