what head to use

what head to use

im wanting to get the most horsepower as possible out of my b16 I'd like to get 550 out of it if it is at all possible not really sure if I can. I do want to go turbo and was wondering if anyone can help with what head to use and what I should do to it.

You just might have better luck either looking in the Forced Induction forum, or searching that forum using our wonderful search feature, I assure you, you will find what you are looking for

I never know people such punks after someone asks a question mabe they are new to this whole import thing I have read so many diffrent things on these stupid forums combonatians and things just don't know how to start my motor project. thanks anyways.

Secondly, it's just silly.
