Default Just a little resto project 89 hatch

if you know me...there are more pics on my myspace...

Primer Used is lacquer based-Duplicolor pro primer
Rallye Red Flatened Acrylic Enamel-Limco

im going with a flatened paint job cause i wanted to do something a bit diffrent and i really havent seen an EF with it yet...its gonna be a few weeks before i get to paint it but ill keep you posted...

ok here are pics of the body work...did some cut and weld(sorry no pics of that) and some dent pull and fill...







so i put the 1st coat of primer









i decided to look for high points before i put another coat on it






















Ok this is the rear filler and i took the key hole and shaved it off cause it was busted anyways...

yea man im really excited about it...i just need to go and pick up some more reducer and a hardner to finish it off...ill keep you posted...btw its my 1st time with body work and paint...good to have friends and honda tech...lol

I don't mean painted as in color matched, I mean painted black to look like they are factory fresh. They get faded grey after a while...

im getting new moldings and im paint the bumper to match the car and the top half im redoing with either Duplicolor trim paint or the SEM trim paint...see my buddy did his with duplicolor and sits in the sun forever and no fade...but no im not going to leave them black...i had it on my old EF and i want something diffrent no

so i laid the color down yesterday...its shining cause its wet...im going to wet sand it now and post more pics later....trust me its FLAT
