Forged Wheels for My 2008 MDX
Just wanted to get some feedback on some wheels that I'm thinking about purchasing for my 2008 MDX. There is a company that a friend of mine works for that can get me a pretty good deal on some forged 1 piece aluminum wheels. The wheels are actually made for a Lexus LS (5x120 pcd), but from what I'm told is that these wheels will fit on my MDX if i bore out the centerbore. They only come in 19" or 20". Let me know what you guys think!

Lug pattern will fit. BUT offset could set your rims in or out too much to your likings...
If offset is off too much, you'll probable rub when making sharp turns, or not be able to take sharp turns like you were able to before.
I'd suggest you buy only one and try it that way first. Make sure once you bore it, it doesn't contact calipers, any suspension parts, brake hoses, anythign critical. You need to make sure whatever rims you get, that there's a tire of the size you'll be using too.
You could find the exact specs of it, and get another cheaper (junkyard?) rim and put a 10 dollar used tire on it just for test fitting purposes. Might figure it wont be worth the work.

I think the top one would look good. 20" will probably look OK in that style on the MDX since there is no lip. But if you go for something with a lip, you will 22" to look right.

yes the offset is +32mm which will stick out of the wheel well on the MDX but my buddy has the resources to machine the back pad down to the desirable offset (40-45mm) in order to fit.

Thats the reason why i like the "non lipped" design because they look bigger than what they actually are.

Let me have your MDX wheels for my Ridgeline when you buy your wheels
Check out wheels made for BMW X5's and Range Rover Sports for your MDX since they have the same bolt circle and hub.

I have never checked the offsets. All I have seen is BMW OEM X5 wheels on ridglines and they use the 4 fronts from the X5s. These are 20x9's sorry I don't know the offset.

I would not mind throwing on a set of wheels on mine but ...... ITR comes first in taking all my money lol.
