So I got done doin a rebuild and it fired up perfectly on the first try. The only code its been thrown is #1 which really leads to #43. After doing the flow chart the only main issue I keep coming up with is getting a voltage reading between a26 and d14. Obviously I dont have the honda test harness, but make jumping happen between a6 and a26. I sure that sounds complicated but no matter which way you follow the flow chart it leads to replacing the ecu, which everything was fine before the rebuild. Any Ideas??

Facts:
The o2 is fine and I even tried a new one
I have continuity in all wires from the o2 connector back to the ecu, so no shorts..
Ecu was fine and no codes prior to rebuild.
