h23a vtec valve lash?

I've been searching around all morning and cant find any info.. I got a h23a blue top vtec, and i need to know the specs to do a valve adjustment. would they be the same as a h22? if someone has one and knows the specs i need to know

You want to use the H22 valve lash specs.

Intake: 0.15-0.19mm (.006-.007 in)
Exhaust: 0.17-0.21mm (.007-.008in)
