i have a 97 honda civic SOHC Vtec. D16Y8
but long story short i ended up blowing the motor. being short on cash and on time i swaped it out and put in a 92-95 D16z6 from a Del sol. i did have correct distributor so i jimy rigged the old one on to the engine and ran but had not power but thats not the problem i finally ordered the correct distributor for the engine after i installed it i couldnet get it started i have tryed ever firing order all my friends gave me and nothing but am geting spark and now am screwed i just want my JDM civic back on the streets
