hi im looking for h23 head and saw some stainless headers, two part with flex pipe for about 65 to 75 with shiping sounds good any one ran them are they leaky manifold type, need to run spacer or other than stock type gasket? or get rusty after a good bake? sounds cheaper than down flex pipe alone.

 

you get what you pay for. if you are going cheap, don't get anything cheaper than a DC Sports or Megan Racing....

 

i agree you get what you pay for i have a megan racing and love it i also had a obx one before and its not bad. But save some trouble and just get one of those first. Better than getting a 75 dollar one and it leak then need more welding or a new one.

 

I've been running the $90 eBay special for 2 years now. Only slight rust, no leaks or cracks. I also modded mine last year with a 2.5" collector

 

yeah these things arent any different from dc or megan from what I have seen, had one on my h23, now have one on my h22. Just don't hook up the bracket on the back of the block, they can crack much easier then.

The one my H22 has been on almost 2 years now, and is fine still, aside from wear on the bottom since my car sits so low, and it got a bit of wear on the front with only a 1/2 rad to block stones and such from the road.

 

Had that eBay special on my H23 for 2 years 20,000+ miles and it has just started to leak. I dont consider that a bad deal for what I paid for it. The only reason that I got it was because I forgot to unbolt the manifold from the collector and I ruined the flex pipe so I felt better thinking that I made a $75 mistake over a $200 mistake ha ha.

 

Sound good than for 65 shiped . cheaper than flex pipe.i just order one thanks guys
