Default radiator fan wiring

so i deleted my radiator fan, blower motor relay and wiring during my wire tuck like a dumb ***. i have no clue what to do at this point. can i hard wire them both with a switch? any sugestion, right now im pretty much up for any ideas.
its a 95 integra.

unless those little black boxes on the radiator support were the abs fail safe relays?

I wired mine up to a switch i cut it on when im idling at a redlight or stopped.

i didn't do it i bought the fan pre wired but i was wondering why my fan would keep popping fuses.....
