I already posted one pic there.I was hopin to get more constructive critcism here.I want some opions with this thread not just a picture of my car.

 

Fair enough...Taffetta White Eh?...sounds good, what wheels are those and in what size? What are your next goals after the paint?

 

the wheels are rare an discontinued sparco ns2 speeders in 15".After the paint an sparco seats will be minor things like channging the interior from blue to black an gettin a siR rear bumper,spoiler an tails.Then build up of the b16 comes.

you want some critisim ehhh... My ideas would be to paint the car all one color...no black bumpers or red pin stripe...but if thats a CF hood the leave it black...other then that nice car

 

Refer to first post.Cars gettin painted in august an the hood is black right now an will soon be carbon fiber.Umm red stripe is kinda just there lol,its an siR bumper.

 

You know, if I had a crx you'd be my idol clean ride, after paint I'm sure it'll be real subtle

u gotta page with motor specs in it? i would love to see whats getting u intot he 13's as i WAS planning turbo, but if i can hit mid-low 13's NA thats all i really care about..

 

To be honest not alot is into the motor its more into the weight loss.For the motor I have cold air,dc jdm 4-1,b&m fpr,itr manifold,msd ignigtion with external coil,relocated battery,test pipe,winsport clutch in a ys1 lsd tranny an the motor is 2nd gen jdm b16.The car is fully gutted from front seats back an sound deading is out from dash to rear hatch.The rear hatch is cut like you would cut the door,the rear 3 windows are plexi glass an both bumper supports were taken out.I might be forgettin somthing lol.

 

a have a fully built b20 block that your gonna need to get into the 12's ....add some itb's, standalone, slicks, z10 bars....etc and you thought your project was moving slow now wait till you have to spend another $5K

 

I dont need all that to get into the hi-11's.All I neeed is what is planned.

spoon throtlle body
an a new fuel pump an maybe a fuel rail.
PLus having some little connections here an there I will be in the 11s before the end of the year as long as the funds keep comnig like they are.

yea gettin the non reclineable sparco's,speeds I think.I was gonna go with a single red bride seat but it was the same price for 1 used one to get 2 new sparcos with rails.

since the rear windows are plexi, im assuming you did it yourself. how hard is it to cut/mount them?

 

got the large sheets of plexi from home depot then made a template with cardboard from the windows then traced it onto the plexi then cut it out.To mount then I put rubber door molding behind the plexi an bare metal then just used rivots then painted the rivots with black nail polish.I must warn you they dont look to great in person,alittle wavy an the back window doesnt have to much of the real glass curve too it.O also I painted a glack trim around my plexi so they blend in alittle better.

 

O an as for weight the guesstimate is under 1800lbs w/o driver.I have a friend that weighs about 130lbs an can pick the back of the car up abotu half a foot off the ground an move it lol.I have had friends move the car also with the ebrake on.

 

ehe thats awesome. i actually bought an SI (first ever swap) and was doing a b16 in it. i se u have a DX, or an STD??? i was planning on breaking the 2000 pound mark. is it possible with a SI?? if it looks like plexi, i really cant use it as ive heared tahts not street legal...

 

I mean a quick glance it doesnt look like plexi but I was gettin too many quick glances an decided to paint the rivots black.Ya it definetley doesnt look like stock windows an yes this car has alot of illegal mods but hey those neon washer lights are illegal also.

 

you should show us a better pic of the plexi-glass window mod, even though it might not be to pretty i'd like to get a good look at it. your car's gonna look sweet all white. good luck with your project
