Default Help on H22 fuel rail n injector

I bought a BDL Fuel Rail for my H22 n Precision 400CC injectors
N I set them up but the stock spacer on it doesn’t let it sit always down

There a 1/3 or ¼ in gap from the intake ports

So I put washers on each side
but the screws have gap on the end of the treads and they
r hard to screw all the way down so is there any ideas how they support to sit

any info would be great
n thank you

yeah im not sure why its not fitting, but when i was instaling my 400cc injectors with OBX fuel rail. I had to pound (lighty) On the fuel rail (On top of the injectors) SO its whent down. I say you put stock spacers then injectors then fuel rail, then to tightin the bolts you are going to have to press down hard, and after you start to tightin, tightin a littel then pound on fuel rail (so injectors start to sit in fuel rail) then tightin some more thenpound a little. Hope this helps

Get in touch with them and point out that their product DOESN'T FIT. I had the same problem with an "STR" rail, and I had to custom make the spacers I guess we're supposed to build the car around their part.

Try test fit the BDL fuel rail with stock injectors. If they don't fit, then the problem is the fuel rail. If they fit, then the Precision injectors are in question.

so everything but the BDL rail works- the stock rail, the stock injectors, and the 400cc injectors... you sure you have the right rail? compare the two side by side and look for attachment points, and check for differences.

also, make sure you are using a small amount of grease or vasoline on the o-rings where they insert into the rail/intake mani.
