f22a1 - sohc - is it possible to install the cam upside down
i know the cam gear only goes one way but when installing the cam on an f22a1 is it possible to install it upside down?
does it matter?
how do you tell the proper direction when putting it in?

Yes the Cam pulley only goes on one way. The keyway of the cam should be up.
To add....with #1 piston at TDC the Cam Lobes for #1 will be at the 4'O'clock and 7 'O'clock positions.
